Celebrating our Learners

This term, we’re delighted to share the success of one of our learners, Anthony. He has planned, baked, and carefully crafted every component of this magnificent Minecraft‑themed cake — a project that shows just how much skill, patience, and creativity he brings to the kitchen.

Anthony has a real passion for cooking, especially baking, and it shines through in everything he makes. Alongside his practical skills, he is working towards his Food Hygiene qualification, as well as continuing his studies in Maths and English, which he aims to complete this summer.

Although Anthony isn’t yet certain about the career path he’d like to follow, we can already see what an asset he would be to the catering and hospitality industry if he chose to pursue it. His dedication, talent, and enthusiasm speak for themselves.

Well done, Anthony! You should be incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved. We certainly are.
